Compensation range:

Total Compensation: $91,000 - $111,000

- Base salary: $85,000 - $105,000

- Quarterly performance incentive: up to $1,500 per quarter ($6,000 annually)

About the team:

You'll be joining a lean, dynamic team of 2 other recruiters where your expertise will help shape our processes for proactively building talent pipelines. You'll work closely with leaders across the company to deliver on our headcount plan and drive recruiting innovation. This hybrid role offers mostly remote flexibility with office visits to our Burlingame location 2-4 times per month, plus quarterly in-field sourcing events and community engagement activities in the Bay Area.

What You'll Do:

  • Execute full-cycle recruiting for diverse roles from high-volume Personal Care Attendants to specialized Care Managers and Activity Specialists
  • Build and nurture talent pipelines using advanced sourcing techniques and creative outreach strategies
  • Flex your capacity based on business needs - one week focusing on volume hiring, the next on specialized recruitment marketing
  • Leverage technology platforms, including Gem, SeekOut, LinkedIn, and JazzHR, to optimize your recruiting process
  • Research and attend in-field sourcing events and community engagement activities to boost talent pools
  • Create exceptional candidate experiences that reflect our mission and values

Who you are:

  • 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with demonstrated sourcing expertise
  • Proven success in high-volume recruiting environments
  • Strong proficiency with recruiting technology and CRM platforms
  • Data-driven approach to measuring and optimizing recruiting performance
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Passion for mission-driven work (healthcare/eldercare experience a plus!)
